This year, we are delighted to announce that the Annual Scotts Fashion Expo will be hosted at WASPS Studios’ very own Clydeside Hall. We believe that having a dedicated space focused exclusively on showcasing and shopping Scottish brands represents the natural next step in our journey.
Our aim is to create an immersive experience that goes beyond shopping, providing visitors with the opportunity to discover and celebrate Scotland’s exceptional fashion, creativity, culture and heritage within a unique and inspiring environment.
VENUE FEATURES
This year, we have chosen to return to our roots, with a renewed focus on intuitive navigation, greater fairness for participating brands, and an enhanced customer experience.
To create a more considered and enjoyable shopping environment, we have divided the venue into clearly defined sections, with brands categorised by offering. This approach is designed to make the space easier to navigate while reducing visual and sensory overstimulation for customers.
New and emerging brands, alongside accessory-focused brands, will be positioned near the entrances. This will provide greater visibility and exposure for these businesses, encouraging atendees traffic and discovery from the moment visitors enter the venue.
As attendees move through the space, they will naturally progress towards the more established and familiar brands positioned towards the rear of the venue. This layout aims to create a balanced flow of footfall, supporting visibility and opportunities for all participating brands while delivering a more seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
ACCESSIBILITY
This year’s venue is fully accessible, with level access from street level through to all internal spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
While the venue does not have DDA-compliant automatic doors, our staff are fully trained and more than happy to assist visitors with any doors that cannot be held open. We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported throughout their visit.
